The property's location is beautiful and incredible, not far from the grounds, beaches and town centre. Also, it's 2 km from a Newquay zoo. Make sure you stay in the family room with the garden as well as a dressing table.

The location for Newquay was brilliant, very close to the garden which comprised 3 rooms, several buses and beautiful beaches. The staff was good and polite, I will never forget them. Brilliant and nice rooms had central heating, iron and ironing board, and a work desk.

The hotel was a perfect base for enjoying a good area, close enough to beaches as well as the garden which comprised 3 rooms. I thoroughly enjoyed amazing coffee and tea. The location was brilliant - within walking distance of everywhere I wanted to go. Plus, it was approx 10 mins walk from Porth Beach.

Bed is comfy. The host was amazing! They had a full English breakfast for us. We enjoyed sitting in the garden too. Would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again.
